The 1954-55 Scottish Inter-District Championship was a rugby union competition for Scotland's district teams.
This season saw the second formal Inter-District Championship in Scotland. The district sides selected were Glasgow District, Edinburgh District, North and Midlands and South.
South won the competition with a maximum three wins.[1]
