The 1962–63 National Hurling League was the 32nd season of the NHL, an annual hurling competition for the GAA county teams.[1] Waterford won their second title.

Waterford were first and Wexford second (after a playoff), ahead of Cork, Carlow and Limerick.

Tipperary were first and Galway second.
