Abu Bakr Baira (Official Name: Abubakr Mustafa Buera (Arabic: أبوبكر مصطفى بعيرة)), is a Libyan politician who was the Acting President of the Council of Deputies (also known as the Libyan House of Representatives-HoR مجلس النواب) of Libya, a role he held as the oldest member of Libya's legislature until Aguila Saleh Issa was appointed permanent chair.[1][2][3]
