State Route 112 (SR 112) was a 30.2-mile-long (48.6 km) state highway in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Alabama. The western terminus of the highway is at an intersection with U.S. Route 31 (US 31) in Bay Minette. The eastern terminus of the highway is at the Florida state line, west of Muscogee, where the roadway continues as Escambia County Road 184 (CR 184).
Route description
SR 112 begins at an intersection with US 31 in Bay Minette. It curves southeast towards Gateswood, an unincorporated community. Gateswood is where SR 112 meets Baldwin County Route 64 (CR 64). Then, it intersects Baldwin CR 87. SR 112 ends at a bridge over the Perdido River crossing into Florida as Escambia CR 184.
History
SR 112 was established in the 1960s and decommissioned in 2004.
