Aloo puri

Aloo puri, also spelled aaloo puri or aalu poori, is a cuisine of Gujarat. It is a low-cost snack, usually eaten in the morning as a breakfast.
Typical ingredients include chickpeas, onions, semi cooked puri, a mixture of sev-papdi. It is frequently served with red chutney and spicy green chutney.
A number of variations exist, including cheese aloo puri and cutlet aloo puri.
