Arthur Cockfield
Arthur Cockfield is a member of the Faculty of Law at Queen's University and an expert on international taxation. He was a Fulbright Visiting Chair in Policy Studies at the University of Texas at Austin in winter 2013. He is a member of Corporate Taxation Reform Expert Panel at the Mowat Centre at the University of Toronto. He is a Research fellow in taxation law, at Monash University (Australia). In 2014 he published a paper with Allison Christians on the FATCA agreement between Canada and the United States.
