Accidents and incidents
- 3 October 2013: After leaving Julius Nyerere International Airport for a training flight, an engine had shut down and the pilots were forced to make an emergency landing. Upon impact the plane flipped and was damaged beyond repair. Both trainee and pilots were safe.[4][5]
