Autologic Holdings plc (trading as Autologic) is the UK's leading vehicle logistics company based in Northampton, England.

History

The company had a management buyout in 1996 and listed on the Alternative Investment Market in 1997.

On 18 June 2012, Stobart Group's subsidiary, Stobart Holdings Ltd., announced a recommended cash offer for the company, for 20p in cash per Autologic ordinary share, valuing the company at £12.4 million. Autologic shares were delisted with effect from 7.00 a.m. (London time), 13 August 2012.

As off 26 August 2015 Eddie Stobart Ltd (owned by Stobart Group) sold the uk share of the Stobart Automotive division (the new name for Autologic) to BCA saying there was no room for growth anymore in the uk market. Eddie Stobart Ltd still retain the European division of the old Autologic business which now operates under Stobart Automotive Europe

Autologic car transporters

Sensible Automotive car transporters

Walon transport

but in 2012 the names were just names on lorries as the company became known as Stobart Automotive (a division of Stobart Group)
