Ayano Dozono (Kanji:堂園 彩乃, born 27 March 1990) is a Japanese women's international footballer who plays as a defender. As a junior she was a member of the Japan women's national under-20 football team. She was part of the team at the 2010 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup.[1] On club level she plays for UD Granadilla Tenerife Sur in Spain.[2]
