The Berlin Town Hall is an historic town hall at 12 Woodward Avenue in Berlin, Massachusetts. The 2.5 story wood frame building was constructed in 1870 and expanded in 1904. Its facade has Greek Revival features, including corner pilasters and a portico sheltering a front entry that is flanked by pilasters and topped by a two-light transom window. The portico, built in 1875, is supported by pillars that match the pilasters in detailing, and is topped by a flat roof surrounded by a low balustrade. The building was used not just for town offices and town meetings, but served as a civic center and meeting place for a variety of community organizations. In 1999 the town moved out of the building, which lacked its growing demand for additional office space. The building was turned over to a local community group, which is now responsible for its maintenance.[2]

The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.[1]
