Brian Franklin Egolf, Jr.[1] (born September 10, 1976 in Santa Fe, New Mexico)[2][3] is a Democratic member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, serving since 2009.

In 2013, Egolf introduced a bill that would legalize same-sex marriage in New Mexico.[4] Egolf is also an attorney, and his law firm is pro bono involved in a case that would allow same sex marriage in New Mexico.[5]

Egolf is a potential future Congressional candidate.[6]
