Brian Martin (born 24 February 1963 in Bellshill) is a Scottish former footballer perhaps best known for his seven-year spell at Motherwell.
Martin began his career in the Scottish lower leagues with Albion Rovers and Stenhousemuir before joining Falkirk in 1985. He went on to play for Hamilton Academical and St Mirren before being signed by Motherwell in 1991 for £175,000. He made just under 250 appearances for the Lanarkshire club and earned two caps for the Scotland national team in the 1995 Kirin Cup matches against Ecuador and Japan.
He left Motherwell in 1998 and had spells with Stirling Albion and Partick Thistle before retiring in 2000.
Martin now regularly plays Junior football and the occasional game for the Motherwell Legends team.
