Capital Electric Cooperative

Capital Electric Cooperative is a public utility cooperative based in Bismarck, North Dakota. It serves customers throughout rural Burleigh County (including parts of Bismarck) and portions of Sheridan and Emmons Counties. It receives power from the Central Power Electric Cooperative.
