Cassian Delsar (born 24 February 1982) is an Australian ice hockey player currently playing for the Adelaide Adrenaline in the Australian Ice Hockey League.
Playing career
Cassian Delsar first played for the Adelaide Avalanche of the Australian Ice Hockey League in 2004. During his first season he played 15 games and recorded two assists. Delsar continued to play for the Avalanche until 2007 where he joined the West Sydney Ice Dogs of the AIHL, playing 13 games before returning to the Avalanche for the second half of the season. In 2008 the Avalanche folded mid-way through the season, and as a result Delsar along with the rest of the team were transferred to the new Adelaide A's (now Adelaide Adrenaline) team which was formed to replace the Avalanche. Delsar is currently is his fourth season for the Adrenaline and is currently playing in the 2012 AIHL season.[1][2]
Delsar was first called up to represent Australia in 2007 where he joined the national senior team to compete in the 2007 IIHF World Championship Division II Group B being held in Seoul, South Korea. Australia finished second in the tournament while Delsar recorded only a single assist in his four games.[3] In 2010 Delsar was recalled to the national senior to compete in the 2010 IIHF World Championship Division II Group A tournament. Australia again finished second while Delsar recorded one goal and two assists in his five games at the tournament.[4]

Delsar was born on 24 February 1982 in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.[1]
