Cathlene Labuschagne is a South African politician, and the leader of the official opposition Democratic Alliance in the National Council of Provinces.[1] She was formerly alderman for Ward 70 in the Cape Town City Council and later a member of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament between 2009 and 2014.[2]
She was sworn in as a member of the NCOP after the 2014 election, and was elected caucus leader in 2016.
