Charles Mwesigye Tibingana (born 28 August 1994) is a Ugandan-born Rwandan international footballer who plays as a winger for Rwandan club APR FC.
Career
Born in Mbarara, Uganda, Tibingana has played club football in Uganda for Proline and Victoria University.[1][2] On 23 June 2013 Tibingana signed for Rwandan army side APR FC for a two years deal.[3]
He made his senior international debut for Rwanda in 2011,[1] and competed at the 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup.[4]
