Chiromantis kelleri is a species of frog in the Rhacophoridae family. It is found in Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, and possibly Sudan. Its natural habitats are dry savanna, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
