Christ Episcopal Church, also known as Christ Church, Episcopal, is an historic Carpenter Gothic style Episcopal church building located at 310 13th Street, North, in Benson, Swift County, Minnesota. Built in 1879 during the episcopate of pioneer bishop Henry Benjamin Whipple, its board and batten walls, side entry bell tower and lancet windows and door are all typical of Carpenter Gothic architecture. On August 15, 1985, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. In 2011, it is no longer listed as an active parish of the Episcopal Diocese of Minnesota [2] [3] [4] [5]
