Cochranella duidaeana is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. Its local name is ranita de cristal del Duida ("Duida glass-frog"). It is endemic to Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and rivers. Its conservation status is unknown.
