Teratohyla midas (common name: Santa Cecilia Cochran frog) is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. It is found in the Amazon Basin of western Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, and Colombia. There are seemingly isolated occurrences in French Guiana and in Maranhão (northeastern Brazil).[2]
Teratohyla midas is found in primary and lightly modified secondary tropical forests. Tadpoles develop in streams. It is locally suffering from habitat loss, but there are large areas of suitable habitat remaining.[1]
