DXXB-TV is a commercial relay television station owned by ABS-CBN Corporation. Its transmitter is located at Mount Kitanglad, Bukidnon, whereas ABS-CBN Studio complex located here in Cagayan de Oro City, It started as a strong signal operations in 1989 (where the whole Northern Mindanao Region and Iligan City have) and on October 5, 1997, ABS-CBN Iligan was launched because the transmitter in Mt. Kitanglad was weak and signals from Cagayan de Oro and some parts of Bukidnon.[1][2]
