Debbie Cenziper
Debbie Cenziper is an American investigative journalist who works for The Washington Post.[1] Previously she worked as an investigative reporter for The Miami Herald,[2] for The Charlotte Observer, and for the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.[3] She won a Pulitzer Prize for a series of articles exposing corruption and waste in the Miami-Dade Housing Agency, which The Miami Herald published in 2006. The award cited "reports on waste, favoritism and lack of oversight at the Miami housing agency that resulted in dismissals, investigations and prosecutions."[4] She currently teaches at the George Washington University School of Media and Public Affairs, and serves on the Board of Directors of MediaFile.[5][6]
She grew up in Philadelphia. She graduated from the University of Florida, in 1992.[7]
