Deborah Lipp
Deborah Lipp (born 1961) is a Wiccan High Priestess of the Gardnerian Tradition and an American author. She was initiated into a traditional Gardnerian coven of Witches in 1981, became a Wiccan High Priestess in 1986, and has been teaching Wicca and running in Pagan circles ever since. She is an author and lecturer on Wicca, Neo-Paganism, and related subjects, and has been a presenter at numerous Neo-Pagan festivals over the past twenty years. She has a blog called Property of a Lady, which has been mentioned by the blogs Shakespeare's Sister and Pandagon. She currently lives in Rockland County, NY
