Danmarks Næste Topmodel, cycle 4 was the fourth cycle of Danmarks Næste Topmodel. Caroline Fleming, Uffe Buchard, Jesper Thomsen and Oliver Bjerrehuus all remained as judges on the show. Actor and TV-presenter Christian Schaumburg-Müller was added as a new judge for panel. The show began to air on September 19, 2013.
The winner was 20-year-old Louise Mørck Mikkelsen from Odense.

- Each model's placement in the call-out does next reflect how well they performed in the photo shoot. The bottom two does however represent the worst performing models in danger of being eliminated.
- In episode 3, Petronelle and Sille were eliminated simultaneously when they landed in the bottom-two
- In episode 4, Andrea did not participate in the photo shoot.
- In episode 6, Amalie, Josephine, and Mette landed in the bottom three. Caroline F. handed the last photo to Josephine, eliminating Amalie and Mette.
- In episode 9, Amanda and Caroline S. landed in the bottom two. Caroline F. revealed that neither of them would be advancing into the finale.
- In episode 10, Anne Kathrine was eliminated outside of panel after having been deemed the worst in a commercial challenge. The other three models remained in the competition and competed in the finale.
