Despair in the Womb (stylised DESPAIR IN THE WOMB) is a DVD set by Dir En Grey, released exclusively for members of the band's official fan club, A Knot. It contains partial recordings of concerts at the Nippon Budokan on July 31 and August 1, 2006 and among other footage, excerpts of Dir En Grey's early performances in North America and the German 2006 leg of the long-running It Withers and Withers tour.
