Distance Inbetween is the eighth full-length studio album by English indie rock band The Coral. The album was released on 4 March 2016.[3] The first single, "Chasing the Tail of a Dream", was released on December 26, 2015.[4]
Recording
The band recorded the album at Liverpool's Parr Street Studios with co-producer Richard Turvey in 2015.[5] The album's genesis came while the band was reviewing the tracks originally recorded in 2006 for the 2014 release The Curse of Love.[6]
Promotion
The first single from the album, "Chasing the Tail of a Dream", was released as a free download from the band's website on 26 December 2015.[7] A signed and numbered 7-inch vinyl with the new song "Unforgiven" as the B-side was additionally released.[8] The second single from the album, "Miss Fortune", was released on 20 January 2016, alongside a video produced by the band.[9]
