Donny Arcade (birth name Don M Johnson, born 25 July, 1979) is an American rapper, producer and actor of Cleveland, Ohio origin. His single False Flaggin co-written with Billy Carson made it to the top 20 in US charts, October 2016.[1] Arcade made contributions with various artists, the notable includes Layzie Bone of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony group.[2][3] He will make his film debut as Ravager in an upcoming feature Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.[4]

Early life and career

Arcade was born in 1979 to a family of musical background. He grew up listening sounds of various musical genres. He started breakdance at five as part of a hip-hop crew with his elder brother and uncle. By the age of seven, he performed rap songs in school talent shows and at local level. In September 2016, he performed live at Washington Ave Miami Beach.[5]

Earlier he recorded and released songs as a member of a rap groups. Afterwards started to experiment with his own sound. His biggest inspiration is Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. At age 22, Donny Arcade moved to Atlanta where he outshine his career as a rapper and stepped into film making and video production. He has filmed and directed over 30 music videos from various artists of Atlanta including his own.
