European Union Amateur Boxing Championships
Not to be confused with European Amateur Boxing Championships.
The European Union Amateur Boxing Championships is an annual competition for amateur boxers from the European Union and its candidate countries (thus Turkey is a leading participant). The championships are organised by the continent's governing body, the European Boxing Confederation (EUBC). The first edition of the men's tournament took place in 2003 and the women's in 2006. The men's tournament was discontinued after 2009 and was resurrected later in 2014.
