Eric Olauson is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan in the 2016 provincial election.[1] He represents the electoral district of Saskatoon University as a member of the Saskatchewan Party. Prior to his election, he was the Ward 8 councillor on Saskatoon City Council. During the election, it was revealed that he had been found guilty twice in the past for drinking and driving, something that was never disclosed during his time as a city councillor. Shortly after being elected, his social media access was suspended after he made several sexist and inflammatory social media posts.
