Esprit Omnimedia
Esprit Omnimedia is a privately owned, self-funded parachurch organization focused on Christian unity, but has heavy involvement in funding of orphanages and disaster recovery efforts in the South American Ring of Poverty and South Asia. It was founded in 1991 as the D'Esprit Foundation, but changed its name in 2001.
The organization selects its projects on a yearly basis, with grants awarded each Rosh Hashanah (the Jewish New Year). The projects have a mix of Christian and secular objectives, frequently involving the coordination of creative and missionary talent between non-profits.
Esprit Omnimedia is also known for providing free or low cost video and film post-production services for San Francisco Bay Area non-profits and smaller educational institutions.
