Eva Giganti (born 29 May 1976) is an Italian female weightlifter, competing in the 48 kg category and representing Italy at international competitions. She participated at the 2000 Summer Olympics finishing 7th. She competed at world championships, most recently at the 2015 World Weightlifting Championships.[1]
