FK Cetinje
FK Cetinje is a Montenegrin football club based in Cetinje. They currently compete in Montenegrin Second League.
History
Founded at 1975, Football club Cetinje started as a team of printing house Obod. So, first name of the club was FK Štampar. During the 80's, club played under the name FK Tara, and from the beginning of the 1990s its name changed to FK Cetinje. Club is coming from the town with strong football tradition, and their neighbouring FK Lovćen is the oldest Montenegrin sports club and member of Montenegrin First League. Most of its' history, FK Cetinje spent in the Montenegrin Republic League (third tier) and in the regional competitions (fourth tier before 2006, third tier after Montenegrin independence). After almost 40 years in lower-rank competitions, FK Cetinje made historical success on season 2012-13, with the title of Montenegrin Third League winner and promotion to Second League. After three seasons in second-tier competition, on June 2016 FK Cetinje participated in the playoffs for Montenegrin First League promotion, but lose matches against OFK Petrovac (0:0, 0:1).
