The flag of the city of Phoenix, Arizona, consists of a purple background and a white phoenix in the center of the flag.
In a review by the North American Vexillological Association of 150 American city flags, the Phoenix city flag was ranked fourth best with a rating of 8.65 out of 10.[1]
