Frank McCann
Frank McCann is a U.S. Brazilianist expert in Brazilian military history.[1] He is a professor emeritus of history at the University of New Hampshire.[2][3][4] His work publicised in English Brazil's participations in the World Wars.[5][6][7]
He also studies the relationship between Brazil and the United States.[8]
