Giedrė Dukauskaitė (born May 16, 1988), also known as Giedrė Dukavskaitė,[3] is a Lithuanian fashion model.[1]

Biography

Dukauskaitė was born in Lithuania.[2] In 2006, she started her modeling career by signing with New York Model Management in New York City.[1] Her break came when she debuted at New York Fashion Week, walking for designers like Diane von Furstenberg and Marc Jacobs.[1] She then was shot for the Uniqlo F/W 2006 ad campaign,[1][2] shot by William Seldon.

Dukauskaitė has reinforced her career with her jobs and other works.[1] She appeared in the S/S 2009 ad campaigns for Prada[1] and Replay.[1] Earlier in her career, she was photographed the face of D&G.[1][2] Her runway work has also forged her career, walking for many designers like Donna Karan, Max Azria, Alberta Ferretti, Chanel, Marc Jacobs, Celine, and Miu Miu.[3][1][2] She has appeared in editorials for Vogue, i-D, TWELV, and Numéro.[1]
