GracePointe Church

GracePointe Church is a church in Franklin, Tennessee. It was established in 2003.[1] The senior pastor is Stan Mitchell.

In 2015, GracePointe decided to extend full membership privileges to LGBTQ people.[2] Time magazine reported that it was one of the first evangelical megachurches in the United States to do so, although GracePointe's current attendance is well below the definitional threshold of a megachurch.[2][3]

The church's website says, "Our Church expresses its love in the radical hospitality of Jesus – welcoming all persons into our midst, without regard to race, age, gender, sexual orientation, or physical abilities. You are part of the human family and thus our family. God's family."[4]
