Sūrat al-Insān (Arabic: سورة الإنسان, “Human”, “Man”) or Sūrat ad-Dahr (سورة الدهر) is the 76th chapter (sura) of the Quran with 31 verses (ayat).[1]
Hadith about sura al-Dahr
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet used to recite the following in the Fajr prayer of Friday, "Alif, Lam, Mim, Tanzil" (Surat-as-Sajda #32) and "Hal-ata-ala-l-Insani" (i.e. Surah-Ad-Dahr #76).[2][3]
