Hollyhock Island is an uninhabited island, about 50 metres long, in the River Thames in England on the reach above Penton Hook Lock. It is in a small channel between the northern (traditional Buckinghamshire) bank of the Thames and the larger Holm Island,[1] opposite the town of Staines on the southern (Surrey) bank.

It is about 400 m downstream of the M25 Runnymede Bridge.[2]
