Hsu Shui-teh (Chinese: 許水德; pinyin: Xú Shuǐdé) is a Taiwanese politician. He was the President of the Examination Yuan in 1996–2002.[3]
Early life
Hsu did his bachelor's degree and master's degree in education from Taiwan Provincial Normal University and National Chengchi University respectively.
