"If You Must" is a song by alternative hip hop artist Del the Funky Homosapien, first released on his 1999 album Both Sides of the Brain. The song samples "La Di Da Di" by Slick Rick and Doug E. Fresh, and "Every Little Step" by Bobby Brown. The song is a comedic song describing a man with poor bodily hygiene, who always hangs around the song's narrator, and how the narrator resents this.
The song's music video parodies contemporary rap video cliches, showing Del rapping on a stage with special effects artists and producers who add in breakdancers, laser light effects, dry ice, and beautiful women, and constantly change his outfits.
The song was featured in the 2001 video game Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3.
