Inna Harutunyan-Halubets (Belarusian: Инна Галубец, born July 22) of Minsk, Belarus is an elected volunteer member of the Eurasia Regional Scout Committee of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM).[1]
She studied Belarusian language and Belarusian literature at Maxim Tank Belarusian State Pedagogical University, is married and lives in Minsk, Belarus.
