Interstate Cooperation Committee (Georgia Senate)

The Senate Interstate Cooperation Committee is a five member legislative body consisting of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, and two members. The Committee operates under a Senate mandate to consider legislative issues governing the relations of Georgia with other states.[1]

Scope and jurisdiction

The Senate Interstate Cooperation Committee regulates all mattes that involve equal collaboration between said states.[1]
