James Frederick "Pim" Goff (May 13, 1912 – February 28, 1980) was an American football and basketball coach and the 11th head college football coach for the Eastern Illinois University Panthers, a position he held for the 1945 season. His career coaching record at Eastern Illinois was 2 wins, 3 losses, and 2 ties. This ranks him 15th at Eastern Illinois in total wins and tenth at Eastern Illinois in winning percentage.[1]
Goff, whose hometown was Normal, Illinois,[2] attended Illinois State University, where he lettered in football, tennis, basketball, baseball, and track. He also played professional baseball and professional basketball.[2] He died in 1980 while vacationing in Arizona.[2]
