Jean Bourgeois was a Roman Catholic prelate who served as Auxiliary Bishop of Cologne (1506–?).[1][2][3][4][5]
Biography
In 1506, Jean Bourgeois was appointed during the papacy of Pope Julius II as Auxiliary Bishop of Cologne and Titular Bishop of Cyrene.[1] It is uncertain how long he served.[1] While bishop, he was the principal co-consecrator of Bernardo de Mesa, Auxiliary Bishop of Forli (1506); and Erhard von der Mark, Bishop of Liège (1506).[1]
