Jeannine Boger Dalton (born in February 1959) is an American actress, model and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss North Carolina USA and her state's representative at Miss USA 1982.

Dalton is the mother of Kristen Dalton, Miss USA 2009 and Miss North Carolina USA 2009,^[1] Kenzie Dalton, an actress and model who appeared on One Tree Hill and who was engaged to Chad Michael Murray^[2]^[3] for seven years and Julia Dalton who was Miss North Carolina Teen USA 2008 and 2nd runner up at Miss Teen USA 2008, and Miss North Carolina USA 2015.
