Jeewan Kumaranatunga (born 7 November 1958) is a Sri Lankan film actor who later became a politician, a member of the Parliament of Sri Lanka and a government minister. He is a close relative of Former President of Sri Lanka Mrs. Chandrika Kumaratunga and nephew of former popular actor and politician Vijaya Kumaratunga.

Jeewan's daughter Malsha Kumaranatunga contesting from Colombo district won a seat in the Western Provincial Council in 2014.[1][2]

Filmography

One of Sri Lanka's best commercially successful film artists, Kumaranatunga blessed by his uncle Vijaya and started cinema career along with him. He acted more than 90 films across many genre through last two decades.[3]
