KMRV (1160 AM, "99.1 The River") is a commercial radio station serving the Waukon, Iowa, area. The station primarily broadcasts an Adult Contemporary format. KMRV changed its format from sports to Adult Contemporary along with their call letters KFXE to KMRV in April 2016 and added an FM translator to simulcast it's existing AM signal as "99.1 The River". KMRV is licensed to Wennes Communications Stations, Inc. KMRV was originally a daytime-only station broadcasting on 1140 kHz, with the call letters KNEI.
