Qobul Berdiev Raimovich (Russian: Кабул Раимович Бердиев, Uzbek: Qobul Rayimovich Berdiyev (born April 5, 1955) - Colonel general of the armed forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Is the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan from September 17, 2008. Member of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2008.[1]
Biography
- Raimovich Kabul Berdyev was born April 5, 1955 in the Kurgan district of Tashkent Region. In 1976, he graduated from the Tashkent Higher Military Command School, in 1988 - the Military Academy named after MV Frunze.
- In 2002, he began teaching at the higher academic courses of the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.
During 1976 - 1998 he served in various command and staff positions in the armed forces of the USSR and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- In 1998-2000 - deputy chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- In 2000–2000 years - he was deputy chief of the Joint Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- In 2003-2006 - head of the Tashkent Higher Combined-Arms Command School.
- In 2006-2008 - he was the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan[2]
From June to at September 2008 - Deputy Minister of Defense - Commander of the Southwest Military District. Presidential Decree of 17 September 2008 he was appointed Minister of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan
