In the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game, the kech is a type of monster.
Publication history
The kech first appeared in the first edition Monster Manual II (1983).[1] The kech was further detailed in Dragon #142 (February 1989), in "The Ecology of the Kech".
The kech appeared in second edition for the Greyhawk setting in the Monstrous Compendium Greyhawk Appendix (1990).[2]
Description
A kech is an evil forest creature that misleads, snares, and devour humans. A kech is a green humanoid covered with leaf-like, leathery skin, with long arms and prehensile-toed feet that allow it to climb trees and swing through the upper branches.
