Kemal Küçükbay (born August 23, 1982, in Sivas, Turkey) is a Turkish road cyclist. He is a member of Brisaspor, where he is coached by Mert Mutlu.[1]
He participated in the men's road race at the 2012 Summer Olympics.[1]
